For the last month I have been part of a six person show at the Getty Gallery on Eastcastle Street, W1. It is the gallery's first contemporary show and the work of the other five photographers was very strong that the images sat so well together. It sadly comes down today but here's to the next show.
The Col du Tourmalet 2015
Tomorrow the Tour de France works its way up through the Pyrenees and the infamous Col du Tourmalet. In 2012 I hiked up the climb with my 5x4 field camera to document the race. I also got to watch Team Sky help, British cyclist, [Sir] Bradley Wiggins get safely up that mountain and a few weeks later be crowned the winner of the race. This year Team Sky's Chris Froome is currently wearing the maillot jaune [yellow jersey] so tomorrow should be a good day's viewing.
Here's a few images from 2012 -

A big thank you to everyone who turned up to the launch at 71a. It was a great night with about 150 people turning up.
The Ride Journal - Issue VI
So, issue 6 of The Ride Journal was launched on Friday night at LookMumNoHands [their strawberry and banana smoothies are very nice indeed] and the issue is beautiful. I haven't put it down yet as there isn't a dud article in there.
